Would global legalization of hemp help feed 10 billion people?

It is unlikely that the global legalization of hemp would single-handedly be able to feed 10 billion people. Hemp has the potential to be an important crop for food, fiber, and fuel, and has been used for thousands of years for a variety of purposes.

However, hemp is just one of many crops that could contribute to feeding a growing global population, and many other factors would need to be addressed in order to ensure that everyone has access to adequate food and nutrition. These factors could include, for example, improving agricultural productivity and sustainability, reducing food waste, and addressing unequal distribution of resources and wealth.

Additionally, while hemp has a high nutritional value and can be used as a food source, it may not be the most efficient crop for feeding large numbers of people in all regions of the world, and other crops may be better suited to specific climates and local conditions.

So while hemp could play an important role in helping to feed a growing global population, it would need to be part of a larger and more comprehensive effort to address global food security and ensure that everyone has access to adequate and nutritious food.
