Did Dr. Mitlin discover hemp-derived carbon nanosheets ?

Yes, Dr. David Mitlin from Clarkson University discovered a way to make hemp-derived carbon nanosheets. He used a process called Hydrothermal Carbonization (HTC) to convert the cellulose found in hemp into carbon nanosheets. The nanosheets can then be used in a variety of applications, such as energy storage and catalysts. In addition to being cost-effective, these nanosheets are also more environmentally friendly than other materials used for the same purpose.
