Setting the Record Straight: Justice Delayed, but Truth Prevails

For years, my life has been overshadowed by a grievous error in the justice system. I want to share my truth and publicly reiterate my innocence regarding specific charges brought against me back in 2016 by Harry Geldart, and Heather Saulnier, and Patricia Scott.

These charges were WITHDRAWN in court in October 2016. This means the case was concluded in my favor, confirming my innocence on these matters.

However, due to a serious error by an employee processing the court outcome, these withdrawn charges were incorrectly recorded as guilty pleas in official records. This devastating mistake remained uncorrected for nearly SEVEN YEARS, finally being fixed only in May 2023 after I relentlessly fought to prove the error.

This false record caused immeasurable harm, impacting my safety, healthcare, reputation, and overall well-being.

Let me be unequivocally clear: I am innocent of those charges. The court outcome was withdrawn charges – a win, not a conviction.

The fight to correct this injustice and address the systemic failures that allowed it to happen continues through my human rights complaint (CHRC #2023-0331). Thank you to everyone who has supported me through this incredibly difficult journey. Truth and accountability matter.
